Final Notice - Time is Running Out!
Posted Monday, June 9, 2014 by Shelly Nye
Is your Certificate of Achievement expired? Do you know someone who has let their membership with the Registry lapse?
Help us update your account by renewing your membership today. Don't delay! If you work in a licensed facility, renewing also ensures that you are in compliance with Child Care Licensing.
Time is running out! While there isn't currently a cost to renew an expired account, as of July 1, 2014, a $25 fee will be imposed on all renewals that are 30 or more days delinquent. What this means is that if your certificate expired any time prior to June 1, 2014, you will be subject to this fee if you renew your file AFTER July 1, 2014. Avoid the fee and renew your membership immediately. Mail your completed form with any additional documentation that you have accumulated since your last application to 240 S. Rock Blvd., Ste. #143, Reno, NV 89502. Remember, late fees are completely avoidable simply by renewing ON TIME!
If you are no longer working in early childhood - we'd like to know that too! Please email our office using the subject line, "No longer in the ECE field" and include your name, the name of your last employer and your end date if that information is known. We will remove your name from future mailings and email correspondence. All inactive member accounts will be removed from our active database on June 30, 2014.
Questions? Contact our office via email or by calling (800) 259-1906. If you are still working in ECE, we hope that you will once again become an active member of our program. You are an important part of the ECE workforce in Nevada and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
