Attention Approved Trainers: Another New Feature Added to Trainer User Portal!

Approval confirmation emails already contain links to pre-filled training attendance/sign-in sheets and certificates, but now you can access those same documents from within your User Portal as well! This time saver means that you no longer need to call the Registry to request to have the approval email resent if you’ve deleted or misplaced the original email from our office because this information is now at your own fingertips!
Follow these simple steps to utilize this new feature: After logging in to your User Portal, click on the ‘Trainings Delivered’ tab within your portal. Click on the approval code to access the details of the training you are preparing for. When the details of that training display, you will see two new links at the top of the pop up window: Print Attendance Sheet and Print Certificate. Click on the links to print the pre-filled documents and, just like that; you’ll have everything you need for your upcoming Registry-approved training.
