When you join The
Nevada Registry,
a Career Development File will be created on your behalf.
Your file will contain the following
information:
Information from your initial application (contact information,
early childhood experience, etc.)
Copies of your background check and TB Test results (applies to anyone
working in a licensed child care setting).
Documentation verifying that you have met the initial training requirements
of your licensing entity such as Signs and Symptoms of Illness, CPR, etc.
(applies to anyone working in a licensed child care setting).
Copies of training certificates received for informal, non-college workshops
taken (the ongoing training that is required by licensing on an annual
basis).
Copies of education records (high school diploma/GED, college and university
course transcripts and/or degrees earned).
Copies of any ECE licenses, teaching certificates or endorsements received.
Current level held on the Nevada Early Care and Education Professional
Career Ladder.
All personal information contained in your file is confidential.
You will be sent a reminder to update your career development file on an annual basis in accordance with your certificate expiration date.
