				While the Registry does not seek to limit expression of ideas, certain materials and language will not be tolerated. Any material or links to material that is libelous, defamatory, false, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, in violation of the law or that constitutes hate speech will NOT be posted on the Registry’s website or published in the newsletter.
				Letters to the Editor/Opinion section can only be used for non-commercial purposes.
				Letters or comments not directly related to professional development in Nevada may not be published on the Registry’s website or newsletter.
