Training Approval Forms
On October 1, 2004, the State of Nevada Bureau of Services for Child Care* designated The Nevada Registry the official site to approve all informal (non-credit bearing) child care training for the State of Nevada. As a result of this new designation, all requests for child care training hours must be reviewed and approved by the Registry regardless of which licensing jurisdiction would have previously been responsible. Whether you are an individual trainer or a sponsoring agency, you'll find everything you need to submit and conduct a training below.
* Effective July 1, 2011, the Bureau of Services for Child Care transferred to the Health Division and is now housed under the Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC) - Child Care Licensing Unit.

NEW Resource for Trainers!
Feedback is one of the best ways for you to determine what is working well in your trainings and to identify areas where additional growth could help to enrich the training experience for your participants. If evaluation isn't already a component of your trainings, feel free to incorporate this training evaluation form and/or modify it to meet your needs. The feedback you collect will help you evaluate your own training practices and identify ways to further enhance the quality of the training you provide.
Feedback is for your own self-reflection and does not need to be forwarded to the Registry.
