Did You Know (Trainers)? Breaks Required Between Consecutive Training Sessions

When planning to deliver multiple training sessions in one day it is important to schedule breaks between consecutive sessions – no less than 15 minutes is recommended.
Not only will the system prevent you from entering training for approval without a break in between sessions, it is just a good training delivery practice. A small break between sessions allow attendees who are attending back-to-back sessions to take a break and regroup, it also allows you to reset the room and prepare for the next group/session without feeling rushed and unprepared while at the same time ensuring training attendees are receiving the training they signed up for without unnecessary delays and distractions.
