Attention Trainers! Edit Training Feature Added to the User Portal

In addition to being able to CANCEL a training or MARK IT AS FULL, you now also have the ability to EDIT A TRAINING that has already been approved (but that has not yet occurred) yourself from within your User Portal account. No more having to contact the Registry to make these changes!
This time-saving new feature of the User Portal/Trainer Profile is designed to allow you to modify basic information about any upcoming training such as date, start/end time, location, pre-registration date, cost, contact information and additional registration information; basically everything about the training except for the title, the number of hours or the training description.
Using the EDIT TRAINING feature is as easy as 1-2-3! Follow these simple steps:
- Click on the ‘Approved Trainings’ tab from within your Trainer Profile.
- Click on the approval code of the training that you need to edit. The training must be scheduled for a date in the future. No changes can be made to training sessions that have already occurred.
- Once the details are displayed, click on the green ‘Edit this Training’ button (just below the ‘Mark as Full’ and ‘Mark as Cancelled’ buttons) and modify as needed.
- Once you have confirmed your changes, click the ‘Submit these Changes’ button at the bottom of the page. The changes will be automatically added to the event record.
