Have you heard about the Telehealth Services Benefit Program available to Registry members?

Receive access to unlimited telemedicine calls and up to 10 teletherapy sessions, per year, per family, for up to two years for FREE! Individuals must be active members of The Nevada Registry and currently employed in a child care setting or other early childhood-related program in Nevada to enroll. Log into your Online Portal account and click on the 'Membership Account' tab on your dashboard. If you are employed in ECE, you will see a new tab titled, ‘Telehealth Services Benefit Program' under your 'Training Documentation' tab. Open that tab and scroll down to the bottom to begin the enrollment process.

Is earning a CDA worth it? We say YES!

University of Nevada Extension is currently taking applications for the Spring 2022 Infant Toddler CDA (0-3 years). Training and coaching programs are located in Las Vegas and Reno as well as rural areas in the state. This program is designed to build a strong workforce and support quality early care in your center. The Infant Toddler CDA Program is valued at $550 per person. This program is funded through a scholarship valuing $550 from the Department of Early Education and UNR Southern Area Extension (No cost for approved applicants).

Include your name, place of employment (name of center and city) and the age of the children in your care (Must be employed by a licensed center or a licensed home care). Classes will begin January 2022! Do not delay, there are limited openings.
