Important Notice about University of Nevada Campus Extension Courses

Beginning July 1, 2025, The University of Nevada, Reno Extension office has implemented modest fees for select initial training courses previously available at no charge. Apply for the Integrated Research & Policy Fellowship Program

Applications are now being accepted for the National Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Center’s Integrated Research & Policy Fellowship Program!

This new 10-month fellowship program, with a stipend of $12,500, aims to cultivate expertise in early care and education workforce policy and practices and support emerging leaders in applying research to real-world solutions.

There are two tracks, each with two fellows: Ideal candidates for the research track are graduate students in fields related to ECE, while policy track applicants are professionals such as early educators or others active in the ECE sector. The program, which includes 10-15 hours per month of activities, is designed to allow employed individuals to continue their employment and students to maintain full-time status. Learn more here.
