Enrollment for the Telehealth Services Benefit Program Now Available to ALL Registry Members

Receive access to unlimited telemedicine calls and up to 10 teletherapy sessions, per year, per family, for up to two years for FREE! Individuals must be active members of The Nevada Registry and currently employed in a child care setting or other early childhood-related program in Nevada to enroll. Log into your Online Portal account and click on the 'Membership Account' tab on your dashboard. If you are employed in ECE, you will see a new tab titled, ‘Telehealth Services Benefit Program' under your 'Training Documentation' tab. Open that tab and scroll down to the bottom to begin the enrollment process.

A new feature has been added to the trainer portal – the ability to save a partially entered training approval request. This allows you to start and save a training approval request mid-stream. No more losing your progress when you have to step away or if the system times out!

When you have saved a partially entered training session, a new tab appears in your Trainer Account titled, “Partially Saved Training – ACTION REQUIRED”. Simply click on this tab and pick up where you left off. If you change your mind, delete it! Once you have finished entering all of the training details, submit it for approval just like you have before. Once your request has been submitted, you can resume submitting new requests and continue duplicating training sessions for approval.
