Enrollment for the Telehealth Services Benefit Program Now Available to ALL Registry Members

Receive access to unlimited telemedicine calls and up to 10 teletherapy sessions, per year, per family, for up to two years for FREE! Individuals must be active members of The Nevada Registry and currently employed in a child care setting or other early childhood-related program in Nevada to enroll. Log into your Online Portal account and click on the 'Membership Account' tab on your dashboard. If you are employed in ECE, you will see a new tab titled, ‘Telehealth Services Benefit Program' under your 'Training Documentation' tab. Open that tab and scroll down to the bottom to begin the enrollment process.

ALL required initial training, except for CPR and First Aid, is available online at no charge through the following organizations:

University of Nevada, Reno – Extension

Initial Training Courses Offered at No Charge:

  • Early Childhood Development: Birth to Three Years
  • Early Childhood Development: Three to Five Years
  • Positive Guidance for Young Children
  • Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect
  • Signs and Symptoms of Illness with Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
  • Transportation and Field Trip Safety in the Early Childhood Environment
  • Wellness: Obesity, Nutrition and Physical Activity

To access these courses, go to campus.extension.org. When setting up a UNR-Extension training account, you are asked to enter your Nevada Registry ID number in the “ID Number” field of your account profile. If you do not yet have a Registry ID number, enter 0000 (four zeros). Doing so will allow you to retrieve the certificate of completion for this course.

Initial Training Courses Offered at No Charge:

  • Building and Physical Premises Safety, Including the Storage and Handling of Bio-Contaminants and Hazardous Materials
  • Emergency Preparedness and Response Planning Resulting from a Natural or Man-Made Event
  • Medication Administration and the Prevention of and Response to Food and Other Allergies in the Child Care Environment
  • Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma
  • Transportation and Field Trip Safety in the Early Childhood Environment

To access these courses, go to https://www.prosolutionstraining.com. Choose ‘Nevada’ in the ‘Find a Course’ search field. Click ‘Search’. You will be directed to the ‘Nevada Course Catalog’. Scroll to the course titled ‘CCDBG Health and Safety Training’. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to order your FREE course package. (You will be directed to an 8-hour package that includes the five individual courses listed above – complete all or just as many as you need).  You are not required to be a member of The Nevada Registry to take these courses. When setting up a ProSolutions training account, check the ‘opt out’ box if you do not yet have a Registry ID number.
