Learn More About the Telehealth Program

The National Workforce Registry Alliance has partnered with the Yale School of Medicine in an effort to find out how Early Childhood educators like yourself, and the families you serve, can remain safe and healthy through the COVID-19 pandemic.

As Nevada’s frontline heroes, you do your best to minimize the risk you are taking by serving our children and families. This study provides an opportunity for early educators, like yourself, to know efforts are being made to hear from you directly.

This is the largest nation-wide epidemiological study on a single workforce ever attempted, and as a current member of The Nevada Registry, your participation is valued!

The survey is confidential. All data will be aggregated before being shared with national policymakers.

Please click here to start the online survey. It should take about 12-20 minutes to complete. More information about this study and a brief consent page will be provided to you before the confidential online survey begins.

Updates on this study can be found on the COVID-19 Child Care Study website here, and may also appear on the Yale School of Medicine COVID-19 page here.
