The Office of Early Learning and Development (OELD) is inviting you to participate in a discussion on early childhood screening and assessment tools. For QRIS programs (Center, Family Child Care, and Nevada Ready! Pre-K classrooms) the current tool being used for screening children is the BRIGANCE Screen III. Before we discuss the possibility of selecting a new tool, we need to look at how a screener fits into an assessment system that covers all ages and skills for young children.  There are three opportunities on January 25th to participate in this discussion. Please check the document below for more information and how to register for a time that fits into your schedule.
