Has your employer changed since you applied/renewed with the Registry? Do you have a new mailing address? If so, please let us know! You don’t have to wait until your next renewal – you can let us know as soon as it happens by submitting a Change of Employment Form for job changes and a Contact Information Update Form for address/email changes to our office via fax, email or regular mail. Help us maintain accurate information in your account and update your information today!
