Did You Know? Turnaround Time for Online Portal Account Updates

The new online membership portal has transformed how The Nevada Registry does “business” and how our members and trainers communicate with us. While we have made it easier than ever to submit updates, payments, membership renewal forms, etc., it is important to recognize that changes are not immediately updated upon submission. This is because everything that is submitted through our online system is first routed into a queue for review and verification by Nevada Registry staff. Information received within normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) is generally verified and updated in your account within two business days. Information received after hours, on weekends or during office closures will be processed on the next regular business day, but again, generally within two business days. For this reason, it is important to plan ahead. For example, if your employer has required you to renew your membership by tomorrow in order to return to work, please do not wait to submit your payment (if applicable) and/or renewal form at 8 pm (after hours). The earliest our office will be able to receive, review and verify your information is on the next business day, but again, depending on the number of applications, renewals and other requests, it could take up to two business days for you to receive confirmation.
