Tip of the Day: Application Signatures

Though the Membership Application and Update/Renewal forms are available on the ‘Forms’ page of our website as fillable PDF forms, they cannot be submitted electronically/online and must be physically mailed to our office. Once you have printed your completed application, please remember to sign it! Applications cannot be accepted without signatures and will be returned which could result in non-compliance with Child Care Licensing regulations for mandatory participation. Don’t let that happen – remember to sign your form before submitting it!
