Virtual Training Guidelines and Resources
Virtual training has become a necessary part of our daily work and personal lives to stay connected with one another and to continue to serve our communities during COVID-19. The pandemic has forced trainers and training agencies to think differently about their training delivery practices in the face of social distancing requirements. As a result, there has been an increased desire, and need, to convert traditional in-person training sessions into “virtual” training opportunities.
If you are a Registry-approved trainer interested in delivering virtual training sessions, you may find some of these resources helpful as you begin to develop training that is engaging for your virtual participants. Regardless of the training format you choose to deliver, the goal is always to deliver high-quality professional development that will ultimately contribute to positive outcomes for children.
