The Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five team is excited to announce the release of the drafted Nevada Early Care and Education Workforce Wellness Guidebook!
The guidebook was developed with valuable input from over 100 ECE providers and more than 200 strategies were gathered, with a goal to support the wellness of ECE professionals across the state. It includes actionable strategies to promote mental and physical well-being for staff, and thoughtful ideas for directors to support their teams in meaningful ways.
