Child Care Licensing will no longer mail out printed licenses upon approval or renewal.
As of June 9, 2021, Child Care Licensing will no longer mail hard copy child care facility licenses. Once an application has been approved for licensure, it will be the responsibility of the facility to print the license from their online account. If a facility is not able to print its license, please contact the assigned surveyor. Licenses must be posted in a conspicuous place visible to the public.
