Beginning July 1, 2025, The University of Nevada, Reno Extension office has implemented modest fees for select initial training courses previously available at no charge. Please email Cathy Pesklakai at UNR Extension (cpeshlakai@unr.edu) with any questions about this change and/or to learn more about their courses.

Come join the Kickoff to Kindergarten event – Saturday, August 26, from 10:30am-1:00pm at the East Las Vegas Library. This event is free and open to the public. Tote bags, books and school supplies will be given out to the first 250 families.
