Learn More About the Telehealth Program

Individuals applying to The Nevada Registry for the first time are required to submit supporting documentation with their online application to verify their educational background and compliance with Child Care Licensing regulations for mandatory participation (if applicable). After a complete application is processed, members access their digital membership certificate from within their Online Portal account. Membership certificates include the individual’s level on the Career Ladder* based on their documented formal education and experience (up to 4000 hours) and are valid for one year.

Use the Membership Application and Career Ladder Placement Checklist as a guide to ensure that your application is complete when submitted (incomplete applications will be recycled after a specified period of time). Reviewing this checklist and referring to the Nevada Early Care and Education Professional Career Ladder will help to ensure that you submit all the necessary supporting documentation to place at the highest possible level on the ladder.

MAKE IT COUNT! Investing more time at this stage of the application process will result in a more comprehensive and accurate profile of who you are as an ECE professional!

*Though considered active members of The Nevada Registry and in compliance with Child Care Licensing regulations for mandatory participation (if applicable), members with fewer than 1000 hours of direct service experience at the time of application are considered “Pre-Level” and will  not be issued a Career Ladder level on their certificate.
