An important message from the Child Care and Development Program:

Attention Child Care Providers:

This message supersedes and clarifies the previous notification sent on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025.

The State’s payment system will be offline for a planned update from October 3–20, 2025. This update has been in the works for some time and is designed to make payment processing more efficient in the future.

What this means for you:

  • Providers should follow normal processes for submitting timesheets.
  • CCDP will keep processing timesheets during the update, but no payments can be issued until the system is brought back online.

Once the update is complete, payments can go out if timesheets have been submitted on time and without errors.
