Effective March 1, 2026, discretionary days must not exceed twenty-one (21) days within a certificate period for all active certificates and any certificates issued on or after March 1, 2026. Please review the policy transmittal titled CC PT 04-26 DISCRETIONARY DAYS 02.2026 for more information.
