Tip of the Week: Completed Training

Please note that although you sign in on an attendance sheet and are issued a Certificate of Completion upon completion of any Registry-approved training you attend, that training is not automatically added to your Nevada Registry account. In order for the training that you’ve completed to be added to your Nevada Registry account, you must submit copies of your certificates each year upon your annual renewal with The Nevada Registry.
There are benefits to submitting your completed training certificates to us annually: 1.) Your file will be updated and will more accurately reflect your completed professional development; 2.) The Registry will store a backup copy should you ever misplace or need to replace a certificate; and 3.) All of your completed Registry-approved training will be added to your Professional Development Profile which could be helpful to Child Care Licensing, Directors, and even during job interviews to demonstrate your completed professional development.
