For the first time in Nevada’s history, required training in Signs and Symptoms of Illness (SOI) with Bloodborne Pathogens is now available online and completely free of charge!* This amazing cost-saving opportunity is made possible by the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension – Las Vegas in partnership with The Nevada Registry, the Washoe County Health Department, the Clark County Health District and State of Nevada Child Care Licensing.

What this means is that SOI training is no longer required to be completed in person. Whether you live in Las Vegas, Reno or any other part of the state, you can now take this course online to meet the initial training requirement for Signs and Symptoms of Illness. The best part is that you can complete this high-demand, low supply training any time of day, from any place you have an internet connection. This online course is FREE and is approved by The Nevada Registry for 2 child care training hours.

Visit The Nevada Registry’s Training Calendar for full course information, or to sign up now, simply follow the instructions below.
