Data and Workforce Insights

The Nevada Registry collects information through membership applications, Career Ladder placement, and trainer and training approval processes. This information helps us maintain accurate Career Development Files for members, determine appropriate Career Ladder placement, and better understand Nevada’s Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) workforce.

When combined and analyzed, Registry data can provide valuable insights into workforce demographics, education, professional development, and other characteristics of the field. These insights can inform research, support policy discussions, and help identify opportunities to strengthen Nevada’s professional development system.

Protecting Member Confidentiality
The Nevada Registry takes the confidentiality of member information seriously. Data shared through this website, the Data Dashboard, or with authorized collaborators are presented in aggregate form to describe groups rather than individual members. Personally identifying information is not disclosed in public reports or data summaries. Information contained in an individual member’s Career Development File remains confidential.
