TNTP, in partnership with Nevada’s Department of Education, are thrilled to announce an opportunity for early childhood educators to join the “Nevada Early Childhood Excellence Network: Leadership, Literacy, and Inclusion.” They are seeking 25 educators across the state to join this innovative coalition, in which they aim to:
1. Evolve understanding & expertise in early literacy & inclusion
2. Elevate teachers as leaders in ECE
3. Extend innovation and impact across Nevada
TNTP will host a cohort of 25 participants, offering a six-session Leadership, Literacy & Inclusion course, with culminating learning through a Capstone Project. This synchronous virtual course will be open to educators across Nevada and includes both knowledge building and classroom application.
The second cohort will take place between August-December 2024. Participating educators will receive a $600 stipend, develop their network of educators across the state, and engage in leadership opportunities.
