Intermittent Login Issues

We are aware of current login issues affecting our website, and our team is actively working to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend clearing your browser cookies and then closing and reopening your browser. Starting February 1, 2025, Wellness courses must contain age and developmental levels as well as three different levels of knowledge. All Wellness training must also contain at least two hours of content to meet the new requirement. As we transition to the new approval criteria, previously approved Wellness courses cannot be duplicated for training dates beyond January 15, 2025.

Previously approved Wellness courses will still appear in the Approved Training Sessions tab of your Trainer Account and also on your Registry-Approved Trainer Training Transcript. Wellness courses will no longer be available for duplication in your Duplicate a Training Session tab and will need to be submitted through the Create a New Training Session for Approval tab. Once a new Wellness course is resubmitted as a new training session for approval, it will be available for duplication in the Duplicate a Training Session tab.
