The Nevada Early Childhood Advisory Council (Nevada ECAC) is seeking an individual or agency to facilitate and develop the Nevada ECAC Strategic Plan 2025-2027. The NECAC is committed to laying a solid foundation for systems work that will build upon existing systems strengths while also innovating and transforming the areas which are not performing optimally.
The vendor will create a proposed scope of work to describe the tasks to be completed during the performance period which addresses Nevada ECAC commitments, builds background knowledge about the Nevada ECAC, facilitates a strategic plan development period, and develop the Nevada ECAC Strategic Plan 2025-2027.
