Dear Valued Approved Nevada Registry Trainers and Sponsoring Organizations,
We want to inform you of an upcoming change.
Effective August 2026, The Nevada Registry Training Attendance Mobile App will be retired.
After carefully reviewing usage data, we found that the app is used by very few trainers or sponsoring organizations, and usage has declined significantly since September 2025, even among those who had previously relied on it. At the same time, the ongoing costs associated with maintaining and supporting the application have continued to increase. As a result, we have made the decision to retire the app and redirect those resources toward more efficient and sustainable solutions.
Fortunately, there is already an even better alternative available through the Self-Add Attendance feature in the Online Portal.
The Self-Add Attendance method allows attendees to quickly add themselves to your attendance roster by scanning a unique session QR code with their own mobile device. This process is:
- Faster and easier for both trainers and attendees
- Eliminates paper sign-in sheets and manual data entry
- Scales effortlessly, whether you have five attendees or fifty
- Automatically populates your attendance list in the Online Portal (submission to The Nevada Registry is still required)
If you haven’t started using the Self-Add Attendance feature, now is the perfect time to make the switch.
