The Division of Public and Behavioral Health will hold two additional feedback opportunities in regard to the division’s joint report and recommended Nevada Administrative Code removals in response to Governor Executive Order 2023-003:
- Public workshop on recommended Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) editions and removals – April 21, 2023
- Public hearing with the State Board of Health for joint report in response to EO 2023-003 – April 28, 2023
