The Child Care Advisory Committee (CCAC) provides a way for state regulators to hear from providers on a range of matters that affect Nevada’s child care industry. The CCAC makes recommendations to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health on issues such as educational strategies, revision of regulations, complaint processes, and methods or structures for fines and fees. The CCAC meets quarterly via video conference, with locations in Carson City and Las Vegas, as well as a call-in phone number. For more information, visit the CCAC website.
