Tip of the Week: Certificates of Achievement

To maintain the confidentiality of our member's information, membership Certificates of Achievement are mailed to the mailing address on file, not to a place of employment. If an employer requests a copy of the certificate in order to verify compliance with mandatory participation for Licensing, it is the responsibility of the individual to provide that information to his/her employer. Substituting a business address for a personal mailing address on an application/renewal form could result in a processing delay.
