Nevada Urban Indians, in partnership with Molina Healthcare of Nevada, is hosting its Annual Back to School Event:

Families are invited to stop by for:
- Free Backpacks
- Free School Supplies
- Free Sports Physicals (pre-registration required – call 775-788-7600)
- Free Vaccines for People of All Ages (while supplies last)
- Community Vendors, Food, Games, Music & More!
Important Note:
Families must pre-register their child(ren) for sports physicals by calling 775-788-7600 and completing “New Patient” paperwork. Physicals will be free if scheduled at the event for a later date. QR codes are available on the flyer to register for vaccines and check vaccination requirements.
