Branagh Information Group, Inc. has entered a data-sharing partnership with The Nevada Registry. What this means is that Nevada Registry-approved online courses you take through this organization (over 200 courses currently posted to the Training Calendar) will be added to your Registry membership account generally within one week of completion via a secure data transfer/import process (following verification by The Nevada Registry). This makes the ‘Professional Development Profile/Transcript’ (available within your Online Portal account) a more up-to-date record of your completed training and professional development. It also means that you will not need to upload these training certificates when you renew your membership with The Nevada Registry – they will already be reflected in your account. It is a win-win!
Follow these steps to find approved online courses to meet your professional development needs:
- Visit The Nevada Registry website and click on ‘Training Calendar’ in the upper right corner.
- Choose ‘Online’ as the Training Format.
- Scroll to the bottom of the search field section and select ‘Branagh Information Group, Inc.’ from the ‘Online and Distance Learning Organizations’ dropdown list.
- Click ‘Submit’. Upon doing so you will see all their available Nevada Registry-approved online courses.
- Click on the website URL address provided within the course listing to enroll in the course(s) of interest.
Important Notes about Online Training Courses:
- Online courses are only added to your account the first time they are completed. If you retake a course you have previously completed, it will not be added to your training transcript, as only one completion associated with a unique approval code may be awarded credit by The Nevada Registry and added to your account.
- Not all courses offered by online training organizations are approved in Nevada. To ensure the courses you complete are recognized by The Nevada Registry and Child Care Licensing, always select online courses directly from The Nevada Registry’s Training Calendar rather than from an organization’s general course catalog. Courses listed on the Training Calendar have been reviewed and approved for Nevada. If a certificate of completion does not include a Nevada Registry approval code, the course is not approved in Nevada and credit will not be awarded. Make your investment of time and money count by choosing approved courses available through The Nevada Registry’s Training Calendar only.
