2027 NevAEYC Conference – Call for Proposals

The Nevada Association for the Education of Young Children (NevAEYC) is now accepting proposals for their annual early childhood conference scheduled for March 5 – 6, 2027, at The Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Proposals will be accepted through October 26, 2026.

They are looking for fresh, high-quality, impactful trainings that are NOT regularly provided to our early childhood workforce; for this reason, please do not submit topics on Nevada-required initial training sessions or any other training sessions already abundantly offered and easily available throughout the year.

All trainings submitted should incorporate the conference theme: Game On for Early Childhood: Connection, Leadership, and Play

*To submit a conference proposal, you must be an approved trainer with The Nevada Registry or registered as a Conference Presenter. All Lead and Co-Presenters must meet this requirement and maintain active trainer status through the March 2027 conference. The Nevada Registry will verify trainer approval status prior to the conference. If your approval expires before the conference, you must renew it to remain eligible to present.
