The Children’s Cabinet is proud to offer the Child Care Excellence Academy. This is a wonderful paid training program for those wanting to enter the child care field but have little to no experience. It is a six-month program that includes early childhood training, project hours, wraparound support, career pathway planning, classroom hours, requirements to earn a Child Development Associate® (CDA) and internship-matching for each trainee to a high quality licensed child care center.
