The Center for the Study of Child Care Employment (CSCCE) recently released a brief highlighting the importance of ECE workforce data to build high-quality ECE systems that work for educators, children, and families. They have developed guidance and three example reports (including one from Nevada!) to assist states in taking steps toward converting existing pockets of ECE workforce information into more uniform and accessible data collection and reporting.
