A message from the CCDP:
Dear Child Care Providers,
Starting July 1, the Nevada 211 call, text, and chat support will operate with new hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM (PST)
The call center will also be closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Although call, text, and chat services will no longer be available 24/7, the Nevada 211 website and mobile apps (Nevada 211 and Nevada 211 Youth) remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for access to resources, programs, and services.
Please let your clients and families know about this change so they can stay connected to vital resources.
