An important message from the Division of Social Services:
Dear Providers:
We want to make you aware of an ongoing issue affecting email submissions to our CCDP inboxes.
Some providers have received a message indicating that ccdppayments@dwss.nv.gov is blocked. Due to a recent system update, the domain for the email addresses changed from DWSS to DSS. While we were informed this update would not impact incoming messages, both CCDP email addresses appear to be experiencing disruptions.
Please ensure you are using the updated email address:
ccdppayments@dss.nv.gov
If you recently attempted to send documents to the old address and received a bounce-back or blocked message, please resend your documents to the ccdppayments@dss.nv.gov email.
We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a solution. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
