An important message from the Child Care Development Program:
Dear Providers,
With eligibility and payments for southern Nevada being transferred to the Child Care and Development Program, contact information has been updated. To ensure consistent and efficient communication, please review the following points of contact for Child Care inquiries.
Provider Payments
Please allow 30 business days for timesheets to be processed. If payment has not been received after 30 business days from the date a valid and accurate timesheet has been submitted, please email: ccdppayments@dwss.nv.gov.
NOTE: If your timesheets are sent back for corrections, the 30 day timeframe for payment processing will restart upon acceptance of the corrected timesheets. To avoid delays in payment, please ensure your timesheets have been thoroughly reviewed before submitting them to ccdppayments@dwss.nv.gov. While the Child Care & Development Program (CCDP) aims to process payments promptly, compliance with the Provider Service Agreement (PSA) is a legal requirement.

Families that have general questions about their case or need to report changes may contact: ccdp@dwss.nv.gov.
Finding Child Care
Families needing help with finding a child care provider are encouraged to email: providersupport@childrenscabinet.org.
Provider Enrollment
Providers inquiring about enrollment with the Child Care and Development Program are encouraged to email: providersupport@childrenscabinet.org.
