Here’s what Spiral Up Academy offers:
- Comprehensive Training: You are provided with 14 hours of in-depth training designed to equip your new hires with the knowledge and skills necessary for their roles. The curriculum covers essential topics and best practices to ensure a solid foundation.
- Personalized Coaching: In addition to the training program, up to five hours of personalized coaching is offered. This one-on-one support helps new hires apply what they’ve learned, address specific challenges, and develop their unique strengths.
- Compliance and Certification: All initial required training sessions are completed in this academy, so your new hires meet compliance standards and are fully prepared to contribute effectively from day one.
