Paper Membership Update/Renewal Form Phase-Out

As a reminder, all Registry members can now quickly and easily renew their membership online from within the Online Portal

Paper Update/Renewal Forms will no longer be accepted as of January 1, 2020. What this means is if a paper renewal form is received after this date, it will be securely recycled. Members submitting paper renewal forms will be notified and directed to log in to their Online Portal to renew their membership, which will result in a delay in processing and his/her compliance with Child Care Licensing regulations regarding mandatory participation. It could also result in a late renewal/reinstatement fee if the online renewal form is submitted 30 or more days past the certificate expiration date. 

Avoid unnecessary delays, begin using the online system NOW and submit your next renewal within your Online Portal. In addition to eliminating the need to make copies, incurring mailing costs and experiencing potential postal service delivery delays, the online renewal process is quick and easy! The entire process can be completed electronically, including uploading your training and educational documents and takes on average, just 10-15 minutes to complete!  

NOTE! This policy applies to membership renewals ONLY. Initial membership applications must continue to be submitted in paper form until the online application process for new members is available. Target Date: Spring 2020.
