The Child Care & Development Program (CCDP) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all families and providers we serve.
The application for child care assistance contains confidential information. Because of this, we can only provide information directly to the applicant or their approved authorized representative.
Parents are not authorized to obtain:
- Provider ID numbers
- Provider payment history
- Status of missing provider payments
- Certifications or eligibility details for children not in their care
- Personal contact information of other parents or providers
- Tax documentation or SSN details for another party
To request an update on an application, applicants or authorized representatives should contact our eligibility team at ccdp@dwss.nv.gov.
